What's all the hype about Sound Baths
A sound bath is a meditative session where participants are “bathed” in sound produced by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and occasionally tuning forks. Unlike a traditional concert, you don’t play the instruments — you simply lie down, relax, and allow the vibrations to envelop your body. The result is a multi-sensory experience that combines auditory, tactile, and sometimes even visual stimulation if soft lighting or candles are used
