These natural variations are part of the product’s beauty and are not considered faults under the Australian Consumer Law. Availability may change without notice, as many of our items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative, refund, or credit.

All prices are shown in AUD and do not include GST. We accept secure payment via trusted partners such as PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. The W Room reserves the right to change pricing or promotions at any time. If there’s an error in pricing, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase from us. Once we confirm acceptance via email, a binding Contract is formed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

• a product is unavailable,

• payment is not approved, or

• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Ownership and risk in the product pass to you once payment is received and delivery is completed.

6. Delivery

We ship Australia wide. Please provide a secure address for delivery, as we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers for larger items. We lovingly pack and dispatch your orders within the stated timeframes on our website. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. While we work closely with our delivery partners, The W Room is not responsible for delays or damages once items are in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance on how we can help.

7. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are fully protected.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on how to lodge a return. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on crystals, natural stones, or custom-made furniture, but we’ll always handle your concerns with care and understanding.
