What is The W Room?
The W Room is a third space that offers wellness tools, and services to bring the best out in you! Our core range is raw crystals (Not touched by humans or machines), mediations & wellness labs that are self-guided. We also offer Workshops and Wellness retreats that feature guest from around the world.
Where are you located?
We are an online business, we do have a wholesale warehouse at 30 - 32 Kester's Road, Para Hills West, SA. Visit us by appointment only.
Do you have a physical store or are you online only?
We are currently in the process of setting up our store at our warehouse. Stay tuned.

Where do your crystals come from?
Our Crystals are mainly ethically sourced from Australia. We do source Crystals from International suppliers and always provide full details of where they are sourced where possible. We have a large network of providers and will also purchase private collections.
How do I care for or cleanse my crystals?
The best way to charge & cleanse crystals is under the moonlight or sunlight. Gypsum is also a great cleanser of crystals.
Are your crystals natural or polished?
We offer a variety of natural and polished crystals.
What’s the difference between raw and tumbled crystals?
Raw crystals are in their natural, unpolished form — just as they come from the earth. They often have rough edges and unique shapes, carrying strong, grounding energy that feels pure and untouched.
Tumbled crystals, on the other hand, are gently polished to create a smooth, shiny finish. Their energy is softer and more subtle, making them perfect for carrying in your pocket, using in meditation, or gifting to others.
How can I choose the right crystal for me?
Choosing a crystal is a deeply personal and intuitive experience. Often, the right crystal is the one you feel most drawn to — the colour, shape, or energy that catches your eye first usually holds the vibration you need most in that moment.
You can also choose based on intention — for example, amethyst for calm and clarity, rose quartz for love and self-compassion, or citrine for confidence and abundance.
Trust your intuition — crystals have a way of finding the people who need them. Take a moment to breathe, hold your intention in mind, and see which one calls to you. That’s your crystal.
Are your metaphysical properties based on science or spiritual belief?
The metaphysical properties we share are based on spiritual and energetic beliefs, passed down through traditions that view crystals as tools for mindfulness, intention, and emotional balance. They are not intended to replace medical or professional advice.
From a scientific perspective, each crystal’s unique formation, structure, and mineral composition are what make it physically distinct — and many believe these natural qualities also influence its energetic vibration.

Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We pack all orders within 24-hours, and your order will arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, we do, for all international shipping details please check our shipping policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide a tracking number via email when your item has been sent.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Do you offer local pickup
Yes, by appointment only. Please select pick-up at the shop check out. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

You will receive a link in your email to download your lab or meditation.
What’s the difference between a workshop and a lab?
The Lab is where exploration meets transformation. Designed as short, focused wellness sessions and part self-guided ritual. Each Lab helps you strengthen your self-awareness, build emotional clarity, and reconnect with your heart, head, and home.
The W Room Workshops bring women together in shared space — to connect, recharge, and explore wellness through meaningful connection and guided practice. Every W Room Workshop is crafted with intention, and tailored to meet you where you are and designed to leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and restored.
